Healthy pancakes

I didn't have much to chose from in the fridge yesterday and tired as you are when you're sick, I thought I could make pancakes without flour and no jam to match it... apparently I could AND it tasted even better then regular pancakes! (theses are a lot healthier too).. it's a win-win situation, ain't that right Kez? (Inside joke!).

Recipe:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of rolled oats
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
1 cup of milk

Mix it up and and take one 1/2 cup for every pancake. Fry in frying pan like a normal pancake, I used canola oil.

To that I made an homemade sauce with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, creme fraiche, strawberry yoghurt and chopped almonds.
